Devondale was a huge, farmer-owned dairy co-operative with great products and distribution but terrible promotion and diminishing awareness. We relaunched the brand, focussing less on Devondale's ownership structure and instead turned the spotlight onto Devondale's products. We positioned the brand as the provider of product solutions to everyday problems. This was executed with what would become Devondale's signature style of cutting-edge humour.
